Un grand orchestre composé en majorité de jeunes musiciens et avec quelques vétérans comme Wynton Marsalis, Vincent Gardner, Rodney Whitaker et Dan Block, rend hommage aux formations de Count Basie et Duke Ellington (Lincoln Center - mai 2017).
La première partie est consacrée à la Kansas City Suite de Benny Carter, enregistrée en 1960 par Count Basie.
